Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains what information ryallgraber.com ("we", "the site") collects, why, and what your choices are. The site is operated by Ryall Graber, based in Barbados.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form — contact, inquiries, retreat interest, applications, the wellnessIQ audit, or the newsletter — we collect what that form asks for: typically your name, email, phone, and your answers about your goals and health context. When you buy something, our payment processor collects your payment details, and for physical orders your shipping address; we never see or store your card number.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites we use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager, and the Meta Pixel). These are set only after you accept them in our cookie banner. Client and member areas use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry; to deliver what you bought (course access, book and program downloads, order shipping); to send you the resource you requested; to send occasional emails about our programs if you joined a list — you can unsubscribe in one click, and we honor unsubscribes permanently; and to understand and improve how the site performs.
Who processes it for us
We share data only with the services that run the site: Stripe (payments), MailerLite (email lists), Resend (transactional email), Vercel and Cloudflare (hosting and delivery), TidyCal (scheduling), and an AI provider that powers the site's chat assistants. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell your personal information.
Health information
Some forms and coaching intake ask about your wellness goals and health context so Ryall and her team can respond meaningfully. This information is reviewed only by Ryall and her team, is never used for advertising, and is never shared beyond the processors above.
Your choices & rights
You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time, and adjust cookies through the banner. You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to us through the contact page; we will respond within 30 days. Where you are covered by the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA or similar laws, those rights apply as written.
Retention & security
We keep information for as long as needed to serve you (client records, order history, legal obligations) and delete or anonymize what is no longer needed. Data travels encrypted and is stored with the providers listed above.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and its date.
